Anyway, the thought of meeting Karen and having a real conversation with her is both making me extremely happy and extremely sad. Having built quite a relationship (I can’t believe I actually said that. Everything still feels surreal to me, believe it or not) and having shared a bunch of stuff between only the two of us (which will forever remain undisclosed, by the way), I know it’s gonna be the most amazing experience in the world. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to speak at all (when in front of people I so adore, it’s either I lose the ability to speak or I speak nonstop), but I know it’s gonna be super fun! The depressing part… I’m not sure it’s ever gonna happen. Damn you, continental drift!!!!!
